Vivo-yiqë Fêqê (/ˈvivo/ /ˈjiqë/ [boss] [neck]) is a subtropical Town located in the Z̄upaguv Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Vivo-yiqë Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Vivo-yiqë Fêqê was founded by Gèbelê Êtêv, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Vivo-yiqë Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Vivo-yiqë Fêqê receives an average of 111 cm/y (43 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Vivo-yiqë Fêqê was founded durring the late 14th century in summer of the year 1282, by Gèbelê Êtêv. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Vivo-yiqë Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vivo-yiqë Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Vivo-yiqë Fêqê is buildings have been located at convienant points along the hill Vivo-yiqë Fêqê was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the narrow split-log ties streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Vivo-yiqë Fêqê's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. The town's political statment focused walls have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.
Right off the bat Vivo-yiqë Fêqê hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The new wealth has created some worrying attitudes in many passers by, such that it’s clear new laws have recently been enacted and enforced with such extreme scrutiny the locals seem to be going about their day as if by clockwork.

Cultural Notes
Vivo-yiqë Fêqê's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.

Everyone around them is fighting for the chance to exploit this clever new plan.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Vivo-yiqë Fêqê was attacked by soldiers from another nation, with orders to raid Vivo-yiqë Fêqê. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Vivo-yiqë Fêqê lost 231 people, 203 livestock, and 20 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 134, when members of Vivo-yiqë Fêqê's militia enacted an operation to secure a particular ruin to utilize it for a specific task. The operation was complicated by the enemy setting up an ambush. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the ruin, which ended in victory for Vivo-yiqë Fêqê's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Vivo-yiqë Fêqê's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
